Networld+Interop

May 9 , 2002

TeleSynergy Research's Linux server-based PC-PBX, TelePCX 3.5, combines advanced CTI functionality, PBX, ACD, Web-based UMS, a toolkit for IVR/FOD, Desktop Call Control, VoIP, NAT router, and Web caching capabilities. The new product provides businesses a complete solution for Internet, CRM and mobility.

The added-on NAT router allows Internet access for office users. Activity Report for Web site access helps businesses control employee time spent on the Internet. The fully integrated VoIP cuts down long-distance phone costs between multi-location offices. The included QoS function further ensures voice quality. A Web-based unified message system, TeleUMS, can be integrated with TelePCX 3.5 and allows use of a telephone or fax machine or access the TeleUMS Web site from anywhere in the world using a standard browser to retrieve voice, fax and e-mail messages.

For customer relationship management, TelePCX 3.5 can be a one-box communication platform that contains a strong ability to expand and customize for computer telephony integrated applications. TelePCX 3.5 can be upgraded incrementally as the company grows.
