Research's Linux server-based PC-PBX, TelePCX 3.5, combines
advanced CTI functionality, PBX, ACD, Web-based UMS, a toolkit
for IVR/FOD, Desktop Call Control, VoIP, NAT router, and Web
caching capabilities. The new product provides businesses
a complete solution for Internet, CRM and mobility.
The added-on
NAT router allows Internet access for office users. Activity
Report for Web site access helps businesses control employee
time spent on the Internet. The fully integrated VoIP cuts
down long-distance phone costs between multi-location offices.
The included QoS function further ensures voice quality. A
Web-based unified message system, TeleUMS, can be integrated
with TelePCX 3.5 and allows use of a telephone or fax machine
or access the TeleUMS Web site from anywhere in the world
using a standard browser to retrieve voice, fax and e-mail
messages.
For customer
relationship management, TelePCX 3.5 can be a one-box communication
platform that contains a strong ability to expand and customize
for computer telephony integrated applications. TelePCX 3.5
can be upgraded incrementally as the company grows.
