Communications Solutions EXPO Fall 2000 Best of Show Award

It is perhaps our most pleasant duty to recognize outstanding contributions to the communications solutions industry. And we say duty advisedly, since we would be remiss were we to lose the opportunity to encourage the creativity and hard work that drives this industry, ensuring its growth and continued success.

Contributions to the industry are much in evidence at our biannual Communications SOLUTIONS™ EXPO, which allows us to showcase the leaders in CTI/computer telephony, customer interaction solutions, and Internet telephony. Accordingly, each Communications SOLUTIONS™ EXPO presents us with the opportunity to highlight the most noteworthy contributions of participating companies.

The awards emphasize technologic innovation and product feature sets. Forward-looking products that will aid in the development of the next generation of communication solutions were also awarded. Each winner submitted a thorough application and displayed and demonstrated their product on the Communications SOLUTIONS EXPO show floor. A full list of the winners will appear in the February issues of Communications Solutions™, Internet Telephony®, and Customer Inter@ction Solutions™.
